Our wood beam installation kit is specifically designed for direct attachment to load-bearing wooden joists using φ8mm structural wood screws, ensuring a secure and durable anchor in the wooden frame. The flue system utilizes double-walled insulated chimney pipes to ensure thermal insulation and safe passage through the building structure. Even on sloped roofs or in non-standard structural conditions, the system supports full-angle adjustment, allowing for precise vertical alignment of the fireplace and ensuring a stable, perfectly vertical installation.
For steel structures, the system uses high-strength steel mounting brackets for securing the installation. These brackets are specifically designed to be welded directly to or bolted onto the steel framework, thereby ensuring the rigidity and load-bearing capacity of the mounting base.
For concrete structures, we use φ12mm expansion anchors to secure the unit to the concrete floor slab. We also employ double-layered insulated flue pipes to ensure thermal insulation and to safely pass through the floor slab for secure installation and smooth smoke exhaust.
Manufactured from 5-millimeter-thick, high-quality carbon steel, it is specifically designed to maintain structural integrity under prolonged high-temperature combustion conditions, ensuring long-term, stable operation without deformation. This heavy-duty steel structure offers excellent heat resistance and mechanical strength, enabling it to withstand continuous operation under severe heating conditions.
