Before any product enters production, it undergoes systematic structural and process simulation and validation to establish a reliable manufacturing foundation. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all production model, we develop customized process paths based on the product’s specific characteristics, making the production process itself an integral part of the design.
Upon receiving an order, the project enters the systematic preparation phase. The business manager serves as the information hub, consolidating all technical and customization requirements for the product and relaying them to the various production departments. The hardware workshop first completes the structural breakdown and process decomposition, while simultaneously initiating raw material procurement and pre-production preparations to ensure that all stages proceed in a coordinated manner under the same technical standards.

Once the materials have been prepared, production moves into the precision machining phase. Using CNC laser cutting equipment, structural components undergo high-precision cutting and forming, providing a stable foundation for subsequent structural assembly. The process then proceeds to the overall product shaping and forming phase, during which the combustion system and safety control system are integrated simultaneously to ensure that all functional modules are built in a coordinated manner under unified standards.

Once the product has been molded, the system enters the quality inspection phase. First, a detailed inspection of the surface coating is conducted to ensure paint uniformity and process consistency. This is followed by airtightness testing and thermal insulation verification, as well as a comprehensive inspection of the fire safety system, to ensure that the product’s safety and stability in actual operating environments meet the required standards.
